Frequently Asked Questions

Can I keep my number?

Yes! We will provide your services with the same number you currently have, no downtime or change just provide us with your PAC Code.

What happens if I experience a fault?

Call our UK-based support centre on 0330 122 9488. If we can’t fix it remotely we will send Openreach to fix it instead.

Is there a contract?

Yes, we offer either 12 month or 24 month contracts. However, unlike other providers our contract is not just fixed term, the rate is fixed also!

Are your rates introductory?

We are unique in our approach our best rates are given on face value. More importantly, No In-contract Price Rises. If you do however receive a better offer from your existing provider, providing it is for the same terms as ours, we will match it!

Can I join inspire mobile even though i'm in contract?

You can, but you may get a penalty fee. To check if your current network will charge you for ending your contract early, text “INFO” to 85075 (it’s free). You’ll get a message back telling you how long is left on your contract and if there’s an early termination fee.
